At Trinity Hobby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds; if you are not, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
